Your eyes are your life-long friends so treat them right.

 In the modern world we rely on our eyes more than ever so it only makes sense to get the proper protection they need and to help keep you "looking" your best.  

Sunglasses come in a variety of shapes, sizes, colors, tints, materials and price ranges so it's usually a good idea to ask yourself a few basic questions before you start shopping.  It is  better to keep it simple to start by identifying what the sunglasses will be used for and determining a general idea of budget.  Like investing good quality shoes, you can never go wrong by spending a bit more for you eyes.  If you have special needs you definitely should consult your eye care specialist before making a decision.

If you're an active guy and spend a lot time outdoors, high-impact, scratch resistant lenses are usually a good choice.  On bright sunny days  we prefer a darker lenses and a wider frame as they help to keep more light out and reduce squinting.  

On overcast  days amber lenses are usually a great choice and give you a little less "shadowing" so you don't feel like you're in a perpetual twilight.    Regardless of your selection, 100% UV protection is almost always a good decision.
